* Maintenance and support of applications and their operating environments,
focusing on Stability, Quality, and Functionality against Service Level
expectations
* Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and
technology management in a timely manner
* Partner with business and technology counterparts building trust and
forging strong relations
* Ensure the availability of applications for the client and oversee problem
management and resolution
Qualifications
* Strong working knowledge of Java technologies, XML, SQL, SOAP, and J2EE
