DURATION: 6 months
MANDATORY SKILLS:
1) Experience with SAP CRM 7.0 Web Interaction Center
2) Knowledge CCS/IS-UT Electricity Template
3) Experience with SAP/CRM Campaign Management & SAP/CRM
4) Segment Builder with utilities
REQUIRED CRM WORK EXPERIENCE:
1) Campaign Management Configuration Set-up/ Configuration with an ISU
back-end
2) The ability to tie products to a prospect and view them in a specific
order in the WEB IC.
3) Experience with WEB IC Configuration with an ISU back-end
4) Experience with Segment Builder
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will work with a Project team to:
1) Prototype "out of the box" SAP/CRM functionality
2) Help design end to end functionality filling in any "gaps" related to the
current landscape
3) Prototype and Configure Campaign Management and Segment Builder with ECC
6.0
4) Prototype and Configure Customer Interaction Activities Management
5) Use WEB IC - Deliverer "views" from ECC 6.0
6) Prepare Functional Design documentation
