Need: SAP Payroll Location: Houston TX. Rate: $35/hr. Duration: 6-12 month engagement. Candidate must be Local with 3-5 years experience. Key skill requirements are: . Ability to understand the US and Canada payroll and time schemas . Ability to interpret the blueprint and understand the Tracer implementation quickly and with authority . Need to provide support and training of new payroll and HR managers . Understanding of CATS used for time entry . ESS Portal experience would be helpful as they would like to provide remote time entry - MSS exposure would also be helpful with this. (apparently we provided a proposal some 8 months or so ago to build a remote time entry system for them, but due to the economy and other factors, it never materialized) . Ability to provide specifications and supervise some SAP development resources in the Tracer offshore center . Needs to understand US and Canada payroll tax issues, laws and processes like W2s, BSI Tax factory, etc . Exposure to Project Systems which is used for project billing .
