Role: Software Developer
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Durham, NC
Rate: $30-35/hr
Requirements and Experience
5+ years experience as a software developer building mission critical
production applications.
3+ years developing products for Microsoft Windows and/or web-based
applications.
3+ years experience developing software on the .NET platform.
3+ years experience developing C++ solutions on the Microsoft platform.
3+ years experience as a developer designing and building complex and
scalable products.
3+ years experience with relational databases.
3+ years experience using Object Oriented Programming techniques and a
formal software development lifecycle.
3+ years experience building applications as part of a team environment.
Excellent overall communication skills.
Technology Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Development Framework and Technologies
(italicized requirements are optional)
.NET 2.0-3.5, C#, C++, Web Services, WCF, WPF, ASP.Net, ADO.Net. SQL, XML,
HTML, JavaScript
TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS)
Tooling: Visual Studio .NET 2008, Subversion, XML Spy
Proficient in Database Management Systems
UDB DB2 9.5 / Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (a plus) / Oracle 10g (a plus)
Proficient in Relational Database Analysis, Design, and Performance Tuning
Microsoft Certifications a plus
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Syndicated Lending Business
Knowledge of LoanIQ Data Model
Knowledge of Financial Accounting
Knowledge of Coherence
Education/Certification and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
