Need: Technical Application Designers for a large project.
Duration: 12+ months with the potential for extension/renewal.
Candidates can work out of Richardson, TX, or Atlanta, GA.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
Client will interview and hire off of the phone.
Summary:
Application Designers might need to do some coding/prototyping in addition
to completing technical designs. Will also need to help with defect
analysis/fixes. Tech designer will not do any code fix but if needed, they
will modify/update the technical design and help developers accordingly to
implement and follow the coding standards as per Development Managers
discretion.
Skills:
Java 1.5 +, JSP, JSF, J2EE technology, EJB 2.1 and 3.0 (Stateless, Stateful
and MDB), JDBC, JNDI, Struts Framework 1.1 +, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML
Schema Design, SOAP, Web Services authoring and consumption, Ajax, UML
diagrams, Weblogic Application Server 9.2+, Rational Clear Case, Rational
Clear Quest, SVN, HP Quality Center, SQL and PL/SQL, Eclipse 3.3+, Solaris
10, ANT, Hibernate 3.2+, Maven, Unix scripting, Oracle 10g database, DB
Schema Design, TOAD 8.6+ or similar, Microsoft Office 2003+, Microsoft Visio
2003+.
