Need: Mid level Systems Engineers
Duration: Long term contract
Location: Batesville, IN
Rate: $35/hr.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Systems Engineering and formal requirements management work in DOORS, for
electronic product development in the medical device industry. Systems
Engineer will assist with requirements development and documentation, ensure
requirements traceability and coverage. Work will support regulatory
submission process from a requirements management perspective, including
ensuring that V&V modules and test engineering teams provide adequate
coverage.
Support project including:
- Requirement traceability
- Risk Assessment traceability
- dFMEA updates
REQUIRED:
- Junior or mid-level Systems Engineering experience in requirements driven
and structured Product Development environments
- Looking for 5-10 total years of engineering experience, a BS degree
- Desire to work in a contract-to-hire role.
- Strong personal drive to learn new things.
- Requirements Management
- ElectroMechanical product development expertise, including knowledge of
both hardware and embedded software concepts.
- DOORS experience is a must.
- BS in Engineering
DESIRED:
- Medical device experience, including knowledge of related FDA, Validation,
UL, and IEC standards.
- Experience supporting multiple projects at one.
