He/She will assist in the creation of detailed test plans based on analysis of requirements and design documents. In collaboration with the UAT Test Lead and other team members, he/she will analyze raw data to ensure the data will meet the business need. He/She will be expected to clearly communicate and document test results and defect resolution during all phases of testing. He/She responsible for daily Cube validation process with focus on Data Quality issues / problems for (completeness, conformity, consistency, accuracy, duplicates, integrity). 1 plus years experience working in a SCRUM environment. At least 3+ years experience in software testing / quality assurance. 2+ years of data warehousing experience. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and processes for software testing / quality assurance guidelines. Experience in creating and executing; test plans, cases, and scripts. Experience in data analysis and data testing. Technical knowledge and experiences in several areas including: Testing ETL sessions and PL/SQL scripts in data warehouse applications. Latest Cognos BI tools and products, including: Cognos Enterprise PowerPlay, Transformer and Visualizer. BI application development, Cognos cubes and reports. Windows and UNIX environments. Internet and enterprise software technologies including web and application servers. Oracle database, relational and dimensional data modeling, data dictionary and meta-data repository; full lifecycle design and application development. Cognos ReportNet, MS SQL Server and Reporting Services. Demonstrated efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
