Job Title: *Business Analyst* Job Type: *Contract* Location: *SEATTLE, Washington* Duration: *4Months* *Description* ** *MUST HAVE EITHER PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR ADP INC. OR EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE ON PROJECTS WHERE ADP WAS IMPLEMENTED.* The HR Business Analyst will work closely with Client's staff and consulting partners to complete a variety of tasks critical to the successful implementation of ADPs Enterprise version 5 (Ev5) application for our 1,600 employees. The project team is currently completing business requirements analysis and is ready to begin system configuration. The primary focus of this position will be facilitating the smooth rollout of the new payroll system, both within our two HR departments as well as to all employees. Specific responsibilities include: Define and document the to be end-to-end HR/Benefits processes, reflecting both internal our procedures as well as ADP Ev5 system functions, for all our employee groups. Identify opportunities to streamline and/or standardize HR/Benefits procedures at the two HR departments. Ensure that responsibility has been assigned for all new HR procedures, and that there are no gaps between new and existing HR procedures. Evaluate existing HR reports to ensure that there is either an ADP report targeted to replace it or the report is no longer needed. Create HR/Benefits training materials. Other tasks as identified by the Project Manager. *Skills, Education and Experience* *Four or more years of HR business analysis experience, including process analysis/documentation.* *HR business analysis experience must include at least one new system implementation or major system upgrade/enhancement.* *Preference will be given to candidates with ADP Ev5 experience.* *Must be proficient with MS Office Word and MS Office Visio.* *Must be able to communicate effectively and quickly build credibility.* * * *If you are comfortable with the above requirement please send me matching resumes to [email protected] along with the below details. * 1.
