Please find my requirements *Position One: Oracle Technical Specialist* * * Location: BOTHELL WA OR PLANO TX Duration: 5+ months** * * * * *Job Duties:* Location: BOTHELL WA OR PLANO TX.Local resources preferred. Rate needs to be daily and inclusive of expenses Job Description: This candidate will be the primary production support for Oracle Equipment Planning and Logistics (EPL) and Spares. The solution footprint includes Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Oracle Demand Planning (ODP), Oracle Order Management and Oracle Inventory modules. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the applications are up 24x7 as well as provide functional expertise in how to make the application more viable and robust for client. The position will require functional knowledge of at least one of these two modules ASCP or ODP, knowledge of testing methodologies, ability to analyze external and internal data formats and protocols. The person should be able to work with 3rd party partners and tools and work with all appropriate client organizations, such as IT BSAs, IT Development, IT Operations, QA, etc. The person will participate in production support and issue resolution and support procedural improvements. The person will be responsible for participating in testing and production support of Oracle EPL&S solutions. The position will require functional knowledge of at least one of these two modules ASCP or ODP, knowledge of testing methodologies, ability to analyze external and internal data formats and protocols. The person should be able to work with 3rd party partners and tools and work with all appropriate client organizations, such as IT Business System Analysts (BSAs), IT Development, IT Operations, QA, etc. The person will participate in production support and issue resolution and support procedural improvements. The person will be required to maintain production documentation. The candidate must make recommendations to application development, vendors and client groups on technology and architecture for production issues. It is extremely important that the potential candidate be able to communicate, consult, and ensure conformance to client IT production support and standards. Primary Responsibilities: •Production application issue identification and resolution •24x7 production application support for Oracle ASCP, ODP and Demantra. •Primary contact for critical production issues (P1, P2, P3 issues) •Production code migration planning and scheduling •Weekly status reports of found issues and resolutions •Assist with resolution on issues reported by business for SCM applications and act as technical lead/functional architect on all supported applications •Oracle application support and configuration, customization and implementation (Oracle ASCP, ODP, Demantra, OM, INV, etc) •Troubleshooting system and application issues (on the functional side) •Support interfaces into and out of these applications •Work with external partners to troubleshoot issues. •Work with Oracle technical architecture team to fine-tune batch jobs for performance. •Work with Oracle production support to resolve bugs/defects in the application (open TARS as needed, follow ups, etc) •Work with business and IT teams to prioritize and implement application enhancements. •Assist with testing cycles •Develop job aides to mitigate recurring issues (procedure documentation) •Document current and future state process flows •Research and incorporate production support best practices to current processes, applications •Support production code migration planning and scheduling •Work with the rest of the IT teams (production support, DBA, architecture, etc) to ensure high availability for the respective applications/modules Requirements: •Bachelors degree in Computer Science •2-5 years experience in Production Operations managing Oracle Applications •Strong Oracle (11.5.8 or above) techno-functional background in at least one of the following: ASCP, ODP and working knowledge of Oracle Inventory and OM •Strong working knowledge of relational databases (including SQL/PL SQL) •Deep knowledge of supply chain functional processes (demand planning, fulfillment and inventory planning). •Thorough understanding of Oracle data requirements and core tables (v11.5.8 or above) •Working knowledge of Unix and shell scripting is required •Experience working within cross- functional information technology organizations. •Ability to coach, mentor and work of others. •Excellent sense of team work. •Strong communications skills (written as well as oral) •Strong problem resolution skills •Advanced knowledge of software development practice, concepts, technology and methodology. *Position Two: *SAP BW *Job Duties: 8+ months* Location, Seattle WA area. Rates must be inclusive. Team has requested local resources for this; contractors should be prepared to be on site 5 days/week as needed. Architect: (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP PI, Informatica Power Exchange for SAP background) *Position Three: *SAP Netweaver Duration: 8+months *Job Duties:* Location: Seattle WA area. Resources should have all inclusive rates. Team has requested local resources; contractors should be prepared to be on site 5 days/week. Please note October start date. Team would like to begin pipelining candidates. (SAP bes practices, SAP Netweaver Architecture, ABAP, R/3 Modules, Enterprise Architecture background) *Position Four:* Siebel Lead Configurator Location: Memphis, TN *Duration: 8 +months* * * *Job Duties:* The resource will assist with reviewing the high-level requirements, validating the proposed solution and will work closely with the Solution Architect in defining our estimates for the ensuing Phase 1 implementation. Resource will also help assist the Solution Architect with documenting the envisioned solution. After Phase 0 the resource will responsible for defining the functional solution for the new Siebel application and completing the technical design for all UI components. Resource will work on the design, development and testing of all configuration items related to Siebel.
