Responsibilities include: establish feeder management workflows, data administration, maintain reference data, and establishing interfaces for minimizing data quality issues. Assist in the support of production level client facing applications. Financial services industry experience and strong quantitative and analytical skills are required. Specific responsibilities may vary and are dependent on the product supported. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team, and independently on multiple tasks as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Individual will be responsible for reconciling, validating, and analyzing data across the PB USA platform: Perform monthly reconciliation and ad-hoc analysis of data in multiple modes and formats Identify data quality outliers and inconsistencies relating to data feeds Liaison with IT and Custodian to remediate any inconsistencies Maintain audit reports for monthly outliers and corrections Actively involved in enhancing the effectiveness of technology and workflows with respect to data management, measurement, validation and analytics Provide Operations management with metrics reporting Provide quality assurance and maintain data integrity in the PB USA Data Warehouse Work directly with relationship managers and internal staff to provide subject matter expertise and resolution on data management topics and analytics QUALIFICATIONS:- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to set priorities, monitor own workload to meet aggressive deadliness Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for own work Knowledge of data attributes, warehousing techniques, and data reconciliation Data analysis – SQL , Business Objects experience, Microsoft products proficiency required (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Polished interpersonal and written skills; an ability to present complex ideas and key messages effectively Experience with client facing applications (Online Banking, Client Reporting) Strong qualitative and analytical skills Ability to work in a dynamic, and fast paced team environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Understanding of relational databases and data architecture Understanding of SQL and business intelligence tools Positive attitude and a strong team player EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:- 5 -7 years of related experience College graduate with a four year degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Internship or experience in a financial institution is a plus. Must be computer literate and have excellent phone and writing skills. Candidates considered for this position should have attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task.
