Job Position: Oracle PeopleSoft Finance Functional Expert. Location: Raleigh, North Carolina. Duration: 480 hours (3 months). Hourly Rate: Open Technical Skills REQUIRED: - A minimum of three (3) years of in-depth experience with the Oracle PeopleSoft Finance system with at least 2 years of implementation experience with the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules (version 9.x) at large institutions, preferably at least one four-year university with at least 20,000 students. - Implementation experience with the Asset Management module is preferred but not required. - Demonstrated experience leading PeopleSoft Financials implementation/upgrade activities such as system configuration, reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting, business process improvement, functional specification development, and integration is required as well as the ability to lead team members and direct daily tasks. - Ability to conduct complex analysis of business processes and system requirements and develop related system design documentation. - Ability to analyze system data, conduct complex data reconciliations and troubleshoot problems. - Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications skills are required as well as the ability to quickly understand the dynamics of the Finance organizations at NC State and UNC-CH. Project management experience is required. - A thorough understanding of relational database technology and knowledge of SQL/SQR and PeopleSoft People Tools is beneficial.
