High level responsibilities include interpreting the functional requirements/ design documents and designing, developing and implementing applications following COMPANY’s Agile Software Development Processes. The position requires a minimum of 4-5 years of industry experience in writing solutions using Enterprise* *Java technology skills and experience in web-based application development (using Java, Java EE, JDBC, JMS, JSP, Servlets, HTML, and JavaScript). Any experience or exposure to Adobe Flex technologies is a plus. *Required Skills:-* · Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology with at least 4 years of related technical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Requires strong skills in Java, Java EE, JSP, Servlets, DHTML, HTML, JavaScript, JDBC, JMS, EJBs, XML, SQL, and PL/SQL. · Experience/Exposure to Adobe Flex technologies is a plus. · Working knowledge of such platforms as Windows, UNIX, and Linux. · Understanding of relational database concepts, ER diagrams and Oracle database objects. · Ability to use JUnit test case for unit testing. · Experience in using Eclipse for IDE · Proficient at using code debugging tools · Strong conceptual thinking · Understanding of different phases of software development life cycle · Good communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. · Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
