Please remember to include candidate information as well as Schools in the education portion Description: Main Duties You will be responsible for designing and implementing components of an end-to-end application monitoring solution. This requires building custom applications that will integrate with various 3rd party monitoring tools such as Ganglia, IBM Netcool, Nimsoft NimBUS, and Microsoft SCOM. Tasks will include engineering solutions for extracting metric and event data from existing tools and providing it to consumers via pub / sub messaging. Other aspects may include integrating a custom GUI with a web services backend for self-service configuration of these 3rd party tools.
