JOB DESCRIPTION
Cisco Voice:
 
Product Knowledge ˆ Cisco IPT, IPCC. ˆ Call Managers, Presence servers, Meetme 
conferencing, IP Phones, Unity voicemail, Conferencing Phones
 
Task Knowledge ˆ 
•           Handle escalations and troubleshoot  problems       
•           Handle deployment functions as  requested       
•           Manages and overseas shift handover  process       
•           Provide team support and process improvements through individual 
contributions.       
•           Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and  documentation       
•           Initiate and implement processes  improvements.       
•           Perform change management in accordance with change  management 
procedures       
•           Perform capacity and performance and report whenever  exception is 
reported and takes remedial  action        
•           Coordinate with CCE third party network vendors and  OEMs for 
incident resolution  
 
Environment Experience ˆ 6-8 years, Should have handled environments with more 
than 5000 IPT Users spread across more than 10-20 locations
Preferred Certifications- Minimum 4-year University degree post High School, 
CCNA, CCNP Voice Certified
 
 
Excellent communication Skill
Have worked with global customers
