Must be able to coordinate systems development efforts during these phases. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and adhere to tight deadlines in an agile environment. · Must be self-reliant, self-starting. · Must be organized, meticulous about coding and visual/interface design standards. · Must have good communications skills and be able to relate business needs to technical staff. · Must have strong organizational and analytical skills as well as practical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
