Please find the REQ below:

I have an URGENT requirement for *Oracle HRMS Functional*. Need to present
resumes to the customer before 1PM EST. Need to have Oracle R12 experience.

* R12 experience is a must*

Location: Memphis, TN

Duration: 6 months





The consultant selected for this position will be taking a Functional role
in Oracle HRMS project.

Primary responsibilities include functional analysis, design, recommend,
implement solutions and best

practices, training and coordinating the project development lifecycle
activities.



Requirements

1. Results oriented professional

2. Must possess excellent Functional and knowledge in Oracle HRMS (Core
HRMS) with five (5)

years of minimum experience

3. Experience in Setting up the positions, position control, position
transaction, and supervisor

hierarchy in a public sector environment

4. Experience in Public Sector Budgeting will be a plus

5. Must possess excellent knowledge in upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12 and new
features in R12

6. Understand and analyze the Business Requirements and assist customers in
mapping/gapping

their business needs to Oracle and walking them through Conference Room
Pilot (CRP).

7. Prepare relevant documents for functional design, technical design, Setup
and Develop

Training Manuals including test plans

8. Possess necessary expertise and knowledge to be able to advise customers
on best practices

according to industry standards including working knowledge of Position
Control practices in

government entities, particularly IT industry practices, procedures, and
policies.

9. Know how to set up required security controls, by which relevant data can
be restricted for

operations

Skill Requirements

Government Oracle experience in:

1. Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) implementing Oracle Core
HRMS

2. Develop application design and architecture components

3. Develop process and functional/technical design documents

4. Coding, testing of the technical components to meet the functional
requirements

5. Developing the user test plans and conducting the application build,
test, and deploy activities

6. Planning and executing data conversion activities

7. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle

8. Excellent communication skills

9. Technology evaluation and research skills. Ability to log and track SR’s.
