Dear Partners, This is *Dinesh Reddy* from *SMK Soft Inc.* We have hot requirements in *CA, GA, VA*, for a *Sr. Web Methods Consultants *if you have any consultants for below requirements please Send the *resume/Rate* and *Contact Info.* *Web Methods consultants* *Locations: CA, GA, VA * *Duration: 6+ Months* *Travel Needed 50%* * * *Key Competency Sets:* · INTERNET TECHNOLOGY – e.g., Java, C++, object oriented programming, XML exposure. · RDBMS – Relational databases like Oracle, Informix, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase. · UNIX or NT PLATFORMS. · INTEGRATION – good understanding of web integration principles, enterprise application integration (EAI), middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level · WEB SERVERS – e.g., Netscape, Microsoft, or web application servers. · CRM – Customer Relationship Management tools like Siebel, Clarify, Vantive. · ERP – Enterprise Relationship Planning tools like PeopleSoft, SAP, Baan, Oracle Applications, JDE. · WEB DEVELOPMENT – experience developing web services and an understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); familiar with portals and portal development. · E-COMMERCE – e.g., Broadvision, ATG, B2B or other. · WEBMETHODS or Software AG products or products of our competitors (e.g., TIBCO, SeeBeyond, Vitria, Appian, etc.). · SUPPLY CHAIN or LOGISTICS BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING and/or strategy. * * *Essential Job Functions:* · Lead and/or assist in analysis of complex business problems. · Develop work plans for individual tasks; and work with minimal direction. · Plan, prioritize, organize and implement related tasks based on individual recommendations under general direction. · Create and implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize clients’ key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies. · Gain and/or augment working knowledge of SAG/WebMethods tools and techniques. · Independently write, debug and test code from specifications using SAG/WebMethods tools and other tools as appropriate. · Provide direction for application development exercises of average complexity and team lead to other consultants at client site. · Interact with company and client managers and perform cost/schedule monitoring. · Estimate project costs, generate proposals, and invoice for services rendered. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. · Assist and prepare client proposals; participate in RFP process; and in the identification and development of sales opportunities. · Prepare and develop appropriate systems documentation as required by client/project needs. · Potentially serve as team lead (train, coach, and mentor) on projects and supervise multiple programmers assisting them with the programming and analysis functions. · Identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. -- Thank you, Dinesh Reddy SMK Soft Inc..
