• Skills in review moderation and workshop facilitation
• Good understanding of configuration management & CM tools
• Recommended certification: Software Quality Engineer (ASQ),

System Manager (EOQ)
*Roles & Responsibilities (in detail) QM will be responsible to : *
• Evaluate Project Process & Record findings
• Communicate QMP Status Report
• Verify Closure of Improvement Actions
• Define Improvement Actions
• Analyze Quality Results
• Coaching/Mentoring of PM’s, Test Managers on the processes
(CMMI/ITPV)
• Support QMO in developing and implementing Quality Strategy plan
• Prepare & Maintain CM Plan, CI List, QA Plan
• Perform CM activities for the project for
• project artifacts (source code management not in scope)
