Send the * resume/Rate* and *Contact Info.* *iLearn QA Lead* *Location: TX* *Duration: 6Months* * * Assists in automation of test environment setup routines, test data setup and maintenance routines, and environment and results maintenance. Prepares regular status reports for Quality Assurance Director, as well as iLearn project team. Conducts systems overview and training for new consultants and new users. *Responsibilities:* · Leads 5 person test team for iLearn project. · Designs, develops, builds and maintains QA test cases, test data, test environment(s) and test automation for the iLearn program. · Interacts with members of the test and development teams to ensure that test requirements are clearly defined and end users are satisfied. · Supports training and knowledge sharing efforts about QA test platforms, tools, environments & scripts. · Acts as Go To person for test issues as they arise in the iLearn project. · Works with Infrastructure and development teams to maintain reliable test environments and deployment scripts to ensure smooth running of test efforts. · Participates in the analysis of requirements and specifications necessary to create test scripts. Collaborates in developing and maintaining software test cases and data in accordance with current Quality Assurance procedures and methodologies. · Performs troubleshooting of test problems to isolate issues and resolve any issues in a timely manner · Contributes to the preparation of test data, writes and executes SQL and other scripts to verify data setup and changes to data (as needed by the test requirements) · Participates in the test effort as needed by running tests and reporting software defects and test findings as needed by the overall QA effort and in support of QA schedule commitments. * * *Minimum Qualification Requirements:* · Demonstrated knowledge of coding and basic design sensitivity · Demonstrated knowledge of relational database schema design, and usage · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes an aggressive release schedule · Strong technical and debugging skills · Demonstrated experience in core engineering and test expertise across a variety of test disciplines such as test design, test automation and performance testing. A passion for product quality and software testing is a must. · Self-motivated, proactive, and possess the demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly in a new technical domain · Demonstrated experience delivering results through collaboration across disciplines, feature teams, and partners · Strong test design skills to take abstract functionality and baseline and measure their improvements · Exceptional test aptitude and expertise in formal and informal testing techniques as well as quality measurement techniques. · Demonstrated ability to leverage existing tools and metrics to increase product quality and engineering efficiency at a rapid pace · Strong design, coding and debugging skills in C# · Knowledge of statistics or a numerical background a plus · Minimum 2 years test leadership experience in fast paced diverse technology environments · Experience managing a Vendor Test Team and multiple simultaneous workstreams · Experience using open source test tools such as Selenium · Experience setting up and managing test lab and server environments using a VMWare virtual lab · Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010. * * -- Thank you, Dinesh Reddy SMK Soft Inc..
