In person interview required Need locals only Solid RUP is a must have Bio or Pharma Exp is must The business analyst will perform tasks associated with the Investment Planning Tool (IPT). IPT is an existing application that requires enhancements to align the application with the 2011 PIPP process. The BA perform as sole business analyst and shall perform stakeholder analysis (vision and needs), review the current application capabilities vs new business process needs and develop requirements specification. The BA will then engage with the assigned developer(s) and guide the application enhancements to ensure they meet the agreed to requirements. This will include design review, testing and other requisite tasks to ensure the application is available on June 1 2011 in support of the PIPP process.
