Leading or assisting with blueprint design and providing subject matter expertise in the area of *LES and TM*. Thorough experience designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an *SAP environment*. Thorough experience designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful SAP solutions. · Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships; CLEARLY communicating value propositions; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. · Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback. · The following skills sets are also desirable: 1.
