Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: 6+Months Rate: Open’ Requirement-1 Oracle HRMS R12 Functional with specific experience with OTL : At least 2 implementation project with OTL. 5+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS with expertise in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor ) Experience coordinating with offshore team daily Excellent understanding of the Business Flow Requirement-2 Oracle HRMS Functional Payroll (R12): 5+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS strong with particular expertise in Payroll ( knowledge of USA tax structure provision/state wise).
