Proven crisis management skills. hands on configuration experience with ASA Firewalls experience with VPN (configuration, administration and support) experience with IPS (configuration, administration and support) CCNA required Plusses CCNP certification CCSP certification Provide escalated support to the customer security infrastructure and solution. Provide systems/product training. Acts as a focal point for large account network problem resolution. Acts as a technical expert. Provides support on a world-wide basis.
