This individual will write test plans, test cases based on business requirement and technicalspecifications; Conduct module level testing, regression, integration, automation, and performance testing. *Job Description**:* · At least 10 + years software life cycle QA testing experience. · Strong technical skills in SQL, Dynamic SQL, programming (any language), QA automation (either using automation tools or programming language) and database. · 4 + years experience in White-Box Testing · 5+ years of experience in automation testing using HP Quality Center and QTP, or other automation testing tools. · Strong experience in writing test plan and test cases based on use cases. Experience in multiple testing methodologies. · Experience in defect tracking using defect tracking tools · Must be able to work under self direction with minimal supervision and guidance, prioritizing own work and coordinating with other team members and business users. · Excellent people skills when interacting with developers andusers.
