Please find below Job Description for Program Manager Position Job Title : *Program Manager, Lifecycle & CM* Location : *Englewood** Cliffs, NJ* Salary : *USD 100K/Yr* Engagement:* Full time * *Responsibilities Role Purpose* · Manage a team of distributed technical resources · Provide strategic, implementation and operational leadership in CM, ALM and CI tools. · Set, refine and enable process for ALM, CM and CI · Create and maintain budget for operational and capital requirements · Create and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreements) · Establish and nurture maturity of the service areas in collaboration with infrastructure and business technology teams · Act as an escalation manager · Set user stories and priority for the team for any new process and product implementation projects in the CM, ALM and CI space · Play the role of Product owner for Software Deployment Automation/CI project run under SCRUM/Agile methodology · Provide technical leadership to the team on various CM, ALM and CI tools, such as Version Control, Requirements Gathering, Agile management, Request tracking and Auto Build and Deployment tools.
