Work Status - US Citizen or GC only Candidates MUST be available right away Title: SAP HR/Portal Techno-Functional Support Analyst Location:Houston (Galleria area), TX Remote: 20-25% ; consider being onsite 80-90% Rate (All inclusive): market rate Duration : approx 6 months Start date: 5/23/2011 End date: 12/1/11 This position requires a senior-level SAP HR Functional Analyst with ESS, MSS, and SAP HR Portal experience, who will be part of the SAP HR Team, providing Support, Maintenance, Enhancement, and Project services for the SAP HR Users.Exposure and Experience with SAP HCM (which includes Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Recruitment, ESS, MSS). The position is also responsible for SAP Portal Application development and support for ESS and MSS applications. This person will be responsible for configuring iView, Guided Procedures and Portal Themes. - Business knowledge around HCM best practices and legal statutes is critical. -Analyze and troubleshoot problems to find optimum solutions. -Recommend solutions to Client and team -Work in a global team environment to define the technical and design specifications. -Develop application, systems, and procedures documentation. -Use the Remedy ticket tracking tool to manage work activities and to maintain work progress information. -Understanding of the SLA relevant requirements and working to achieve them. 24 hours Incident support is occasionally required. -Handle other duties as may be assigned.
