Siebel Tools (including Workflow process, business process, configuration) -
Expert

2) SQL - Good working knowledge of SQL - Proficient

3) Siebel Application Admin (setup of employees/Positions, LOVs, Workflow
Policies, State Models) - Expert

4) Problem solving/Debugging and Analytical skills

5) Good communication skills



• On a daily basis, the developer is responsible for answering questions
(based on trouble tickets) that analysts have and help to resolve the issue.
Depending on the issue, empower analyst to be self sufficient by giving them
details on how to find and resolve the issue (this may not possible in every
case). This analysis work contributes about 40% of work weekly.

• Developer also needs to work on change requests that may come up to
resolve system defects for the next scheduled release and 50% of the time
should be dedicated to this on weekly basis.

• Developer needs to checks system logs proactively and see if there are any
errors. This should be about 10% of their weekly time.
