$30/hr MAX (not a great rate, but they are looking for someone with only 3-5 years experience) * *Try to send someone nearby as the rate is low and we can have relocation issues on such low rates later on.* Key Requirements: • 3 - 4 years of QA experience developing test cases and performing testing of Web based technologies • Knowledge of Quality Center required • QTP Experience Desired (QuickTest, LoadRunner, TestDirector). • Strong Senior knowledge of software development life cycle and QA processes, programming, and scripting languages. • Experience installing, configuring, and operating a multi-tier WEB based system in a testing environment. • One year experience using defect tracking tools. • Familiarity with requirements management tools. • Experience interacting with end users, developers, project management in relation to software development projects. • Experience in any of the following preferred: Caliber-RM, IE, Netscape, HTML, ColdFusion, IIS, SQL Server. • EXCEPTIONAL verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities, understand technical concepts and apply QA methods, as well as handle challenging situations with tact, understanding, and objectivity. • Utilizes tables, graphs, charts, etc., to represent, analyze and communicate data and information, and presents complex issues and data to audiences of varying levels. • Experience interacting with and / or leading off-shore resources Values: Treats customers with respect and commitment to quality service.
