· *Should have 2+ years of experience providing Level 1 24*6
Production support and is ready to attend to production callouts and fix
application issues during US night hours*
· *Should be able to independently handle Application
maintenance/enhancement requests*
· *Co-ordinate multiple requests/assignments in timely and efficient
manner*
· *Should possess good communication skills*
· *Should be proficient with use of SDLC processes in the project*
· *Domain knowledge of Asset management is preferred (Trade Clearing
and Settlement)*
