*Maximo / Tivoli Developer* – long term contract to hire located in Fort
Worth, TX
*Short Description:*
Design, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming
changes in Tivoli modules
The Software Engineer is responsible for managing process improvements and
programming changes within the IBM Tivoli TSRM, TAMIT, and TADDM modules
(Maximo Asset Management).
*Required skills:*
5 years of IT experience
Strong SQL development experience
XML experience
2+ years of experience with Tivoli (Maximo Asset Management)
Maximo Asset Management experience (Version 6 and better)
TSRM (Tivoli Service Request Manager) and TADDM (Tivoli Application
Dependency Discovery Manager) experience
Proven experience with implementing TSRM and TADDM
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and support staff
*Preferred Skills:*
ITIL intermediate certified in Service Operations preferred
Background in Tivoli programming preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred
*Principal Duties:*
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming
changes in the Tivoli modules including TSRM (SR, Incident, Problem,
Change), TAMIT, and TADDM.
Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis of
software changes.
Create/update escalations/communication templates/work flows as needed.
Manage/Maintain integrations with external systems.
Manage system upgrades and enhancements.
Provide ongoing end user training.
Recommend changes/enhancements to system based on user feedback and
observations.
