*QA Lead * Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Duration: 1+ years *REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience performing software development or verification and validation activities including requirements and design verification and test procedure development, especially in an Agile environment (at least 7 years must be as specialist or lead).
RESPONSIBILTIES: Working directly with the Client and other vendors, the candidate must have demonstrated ability to: • Lead the team to follow approved executive directives, SOPs, and guidance documents in support of development and SQA activities. • Lead the team of SQA people (~6) in the program including ensuring they use the process well, preparing or leading the preparation and signing test results/reports that go to the customer, producing reports of deficiencies, etc. • Interface with Client Managers to coordinate remediation actions of deficiencies • Monitor all Stage One through Stage Three SQA activities to ensure that they are completed to the level of detail agreed to by the project manager prior to the start of software design. • Execute the master test plan and ensure that all findings and test incidences are reported. • Perform SQA activities in the course of the software development to ensure compliance with all executive directives, SOPs, guidance documents, and the TPWG All OI Test Process documents. • Be able to take manual test procedures and create software that automates the manual process. • Be able to work with SQA Analysts in designing test tools that assist in the testing process and maintenance of the test environment. • Regularly interacts with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Requires the ability to negotiate or persuade others in complex situations.
