Ideally, the candidate has DBA experience. • Developer understands DB concepts, dialogue with them re: suggestions for performance tuning/enhancements, assess impact, and execute. • Dataware housing and BI experience • Same technical skills – Unix (or Linux), Oracle PL/SQL is critical, 9i and 11g a must have. Hands on experience with Oracle 11g, not just knowledge of. • Strong communication skills demonstrating ability to contribute independently in cross-functional meetings.
