Experience with QAD/Mfgpro is preferred but not mandatory 3.Experience with shop floor or manufacturing systems is helpful. 4.Must be able to work with multiple projects simultaneously 5.Experience with Automotive industry and able to work with High Level customers within various functional groups 6.Must have excellent communication, organization, documentation, co-coordinating and teamwork skills. 7.This candidate must be able to work independently and be very thorough and detail orientated in his / her deliverables. 8.Must have experience working on projects that have interactions with other application systems and services. 9.Must have excellent documentation skills for understanding what the customer wants and translating that into clearly written specifications. 10.Must have strong English communication skills, speak clearly and concisely (in person and over the telephone) and write in clear and logical manner in English. 11.Extremely high level of sound logic and analytical ability where problems are very unusual and difficult 12.Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall *Total Experience Required* 5+ Years *Roles & Responsibilities* *Business Analyst* supporting the Project Manager within the Business Process Office. Under general direction, supports, contributes, and executes various project deliverables based on JCI’s project management methodology. 1. Participate in Business Process Mapping for multiple functional groups 2. Participate in the development of statement of requirements and statement of work documentation 3. Plans and Performs proof of concept activities and pilot activities 4. Writes functional specifications that accurately reflect customer requirements 5. Creates test plans, use cases and test cases. 6. Performs Business Process Testing on new enhancements and projects. Documents all test results in Quality Center. 7. Meets with Customer Teams and other IT functional / technical team members to review new requirements and projects. 8. Completes Work Instructions and system documentation on new requirements. Assist in system launch. 9. Status and Management reporting as directed by team lead and supervisors. 10. Conducts train the trainer meetings 11.
