We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent data analytic
skills, strong energy industry background, and strong experience with
enterprise data modeling and integration.

The role will serve as a Data Analyst within the Gulf of Mexico Materials
Management team. The Data Analyst role is accountable for both tactical and
strategic data mining and integration solutions as well as unit testing of
data integration process within BP standards. The focus will be to mine
Maximo and SAP data for new KPI development and data pattern analysis.

*1. Accountabilities
*The Data Analyst will:
* Take statements of requirements related to new KPI development from
Materials Management Leadership team and translate into associated workplan,
data retrieval plan, and ongoing monthly processing.
* Participate as data mining lead in continuous improvement related
conversations to provide input on strategies to extract and review data.
* Create Data Models for KPI development and data mining projects
* Create data conversion scripts
* Work to ensure smooth delivery into the operational environment and
identify and establish the required development, data integration
requirements.
* Ensure that KPI data is visible to Materials Management leadership and
stakeholders
* Work with materials management team to contribute and share best practices
in data management and data integrity
* Build Capability by identifying best practices, transferring knowledge to
others
* Participate in activities that expand your functional and technical
expertise

*2. Technical Skills
** Working knowledge ASP.Net/C# and scripting languages.
* SQL development
* SAP data mining skills preferred
* Good understanding of the full software development life cycle

*3. Industry Experience
** Broad understanding of the upstream oil & gas industry
* Inventory Management and/or Material Mastering experience a strong plus

*4. Proven business behaviors
** Self-motivated
* Techno-functional leadership
* Ability to clearly communicate complex data patterns clearly to diverse
group of informational stakeholders
