Following are the details if interested you have anyone available kindly send to me ASAP. *Role: PeopleSoft HCM Developer (Need Local to LA,CA or who are in Southern CA and can work from LA, CA)* Location: LA, CA Duration: 6 months+ Rate: DOE RESPONSIBILITIES As a PeopleSoft HCM Developer you will be responsible for technical analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of various HCM projects. Provide technical assistance to PeopleSoft HCM user support staff and project teams. Develop, document, and implement operational support procedures covering developed customizations. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s Degree required. · At least *7 years development experience in the PeopleSoft HCM*modules with *3 years in a senior role.* · Proficient in analysis, design, development and implementation of the PS HCM 8.9 or higher. *HCM 9.1 experience is a plus* · Experience in PeopleSoft upgrade: Fit gap analysis, retrofit customizations, understand compare reports and run the upgrade job. · Proficient in following the full software development life cycle process and best practices. · Experience required with Oracle database and People Tools 8.47 – 8.51 : PS App Designer, Approval Workflow Engine, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface , SQR, XML Publisher · Hands on development experience in PS Portal and PS HCM Modules: HR, Base Benefits, Employee self-service, Manager self-service , Payroll Interface and Succession Planning · Proficient working with Oracle. · Highly knowledgeable of PS Security and PS Internet Architecture. · Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively. 1 · Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive, detailed data. · Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills and the ability to think beyond the task or project at hand.
