Description: *Project description* Consultant will join a technical architecture team as one of many resources supporting applications by promoting code, making configuration changes, performing deployment activities and helping with upgrades and patches. A heads down coding personality or poor communicator will not fit this position. Heavy interaction with Client business users and customer Executives is expected. Team culture and leadership is such where if, for example, a Tier One problem arose and individuals needed to stay until 10pm, they would be allowed to come in at noon the next day or take Friday afternoon off. Team lead keeps the business week to 40 hours but some give and take is not just expected but required.
