Strong knowledge of OO ABAP Objects, Data dictionary and building CRM Web services using CRM Open Service Tool. Expertise in building applications using Marketing Framework, CGPL Framework, IBOM (for rapid development of custom applications in CRM 2007 and 2006) and thorough knowledge of ONE ORDER.
