- Very strong UI development skills is needed (HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, etc.) - They will have very little java work assigned - They will be generating a lot of html, javascript, jquery, jquery template, and css and consuming services that return JSON and SOAP formatted data - Need someone more in line with a web designer - Developers who have only a little .NET, Cold Fusion, PHP, Java, etc. experience but a lot of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery experience will perform much better in this position - There is a strong probability they will not build **any** java code at all (or other application development languages).
