*Relevant Experience (Yrs) :* 6+ Yrs *Technical/Functional Skills : *Business Analyst Business analyst for a large program Defining Business Goals and Objectives for the program Collecting business process requirements and documentation of requirements using a requirements management tool. Writing test scenarios and validating the system test cases Co-ordinate with the clients for System test and User Acceptance Test execution. Estimating change requests Good documentation Dealing with conflicting situations Liaison between the Business and the development team *Roles & Responsibilities:* Defining Business Goals and Objectives for the program Assessing the information needs of the users and defining database requirements. Preparing the Impact Analysis document and High-level design for the requirements Reviewing High level and Low Level Design documents. Using the requirement management tool to generate test cases from the requirements. Co-ordinate with the clients for System test and User Acceptance Test. Testing of changes Analyzing the code defects and tracking them. Using Test coverage analyzer to find the flows which are not tested. Carrying out root cause analysis of the bugs and fixing them. Co-ordinate with the clients for Requirements gathering, System test and User Acceptance Test. Develop/Review Conceptual Data Model (including the metadata reporting data model) with the Functional team. Design the Logical data model based on the business rules captured from business requirement gathering sessions. Review data model, entity and attributes logical model to ensure that they are according to the Target Corporation’s naming standards document.
