*Summary:* The IT Telecom Engineer is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day administration, operation, and support of client's voice infrastructure Avaya Aura Core, (including CM, System Mgr, Session Mgr) Avaya MM, and other related technologies). This person must be a hands-on Avaya technology expert and must be able to operate and help improve the existing processes. This role includes 24x7 off-hours support responsibilities. Day to Day Operations, plan, optimize, Avaya platforms including CM5.x.x and up, CMS 14, MXE, One-X, Modular Messaging, Aura Messaging, Ecas, SIP integration to the desktop end points. Major & Minor alarm review/response. Knowledge sharing, documentation, peer training, communications. On call rotation.
