*Summary:*

The IT Telecom Engineer is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day
administration, operation, and support of client's voice infrastructure
Avaya Aura Core, (including CM, System Mgr, Session Mgr) Avaya MM, and
other related technologies). This person must be a hands-on Avaya
technology expert and must be able to operate and help improve the existing
processes. This role includes 24x7 off-hours support responsibilities. Day
to Day Operations, plan, optimize, Avaya platforms including CM5.x.x and
up, CMS 14, MXE, One-X, Modular Messaging, Aura Messaging, Ecas, SIP
integration to the desktop end points. Major & Minor alarm review/response.
Knowledge sharing, documentation, peer training, communications. On call
rotation. H323 to Sip migration.


*Requirements:*

3 – 5 Years Avaya

Avaya platforms CM5xx; CMS; MXE, One-X; Ecas, Avaya Codec

Avaya platforms, moves/add/changes

International Call Flow best practices

Vendor relationships

Internal voice technical support (Service Now) –customer reported incidents

Strong inter-personal skills

Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when required)

Focused on quality

Organized

Committed to continual improvement

Willingness to travel as required to remote sites during large deployments,
as needed.
