*Title:** Storage Admin*
*Location:** *Marysville, OH
**
*Duration: *6 months
*Prioritize / Responsibilities: *
· Open Systems Disk Provisioning on EMC Equipment
· NAS/SAN Provisioning in a Cisco Switch enviroment
· Open Systems backup and recovery using Commvault software
· Business Continuation/Disaster recovery
· Mirroring and / or Snap Clone software
· ESX Blade internal switching
· Utilizing EMC Recover Point software
*Required Skills - 'MUSTS'*
· Open Systems Disk Provisioning on EMC Equipment
· NAS/SAN Provisioning Cisco Switch enviroment
· 3+ years utilizing Open Systems backup software
*Daily Tasks Performed:*
· Lead technician on Archive project
· Allocate requested disk per schedule according to Change
Management
· Ensure backups are complete and successful every night
· SAN/NAS allocations as needed
· Monitor ECC to ensure health of the storage infrastructure
*Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS':*
· Business Continuation/Disaster recovery - Archive a strong plus
· EMC RecoverPoint
· Mirroring and / or Snap Clone software
· ESX Blade internal switching
*Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge - 'KNOW-HOW'*
· 5 years working directly in disk provisioning in a EMC/VMWare/AIX
shop
· 3+ years working with Commvault backup software for
backup/recovery
· Familiarity with EMC ECC monitoring software
· Familiarity with EMC equipment suite
