Experience in operational aspects of P&C Insurance. Should have hands-on
experience in at least one of the following areas/stream

Policy Admin

Underwriting

Rating
-
Claims
-
Should have done Requirements Gathering, Requirements Definition,
Business Test Preparation, Business Testing across all phases of SDLC
-
Certification from recognized industry bodies will be advantageous
-
Experience in Agile (SCRUM) will be advantageous

Conducting JAD sessions

Requirement gathering / elicitation

Communicating with technical and testing teams

Customer management

Business test case preparation

Analyze problems, identify and outline solutions addressing Business and
