*Duration: 3 months to start* *Phone Hire* * * *The BI Architect must be able to perform both hands-on, front-end development and create a set of templates and standards that other developers can use as a foundation for report and OLAP analytics development. Organize and assign development tasks to others. Design aesthetically pleasing canned reports. Create and maintain documentation that developers from external departments need to create reports. Must have in-depth knowledge of multiple BI tools including knowing how to install and set up the tool, with technical support from the vendor. Must have experience setting up the metadata/domain models that act as the backbone of canned and ad hoc reports. Must have experience building reports, OLAP analytics and dashboards. Must have commanding knowledge of data warehousing concepts including star schema design and slowly changing dimensions.
