*Position: Programmer Analyst Level III* *Location: Madison, WI* *Duration: 2 years* *The Roles / Responsibilities:*** · This request is for a Web Programmer Analyst 3 having experience and knowledge with systems analysis, multi-layered object orientated design techniques, Microsoft Web applications architecture and development software to be responsible for designing, developing and supporting web applications in *VB.NET*, pertaining to Child Support programs in Wisconsin. · The Division of Family & Economic Security, Bureau of Child Support uses several web applications to manage the various aspects of the program. · *These applications include:* Child Support Online Services (CSOS) for participant financial and personal information; Lien Docket Web for Lien information; and License Certification Web for occupational and recreational license information. · Project duties will be to work as a programmer analyst and part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications in a Microsoft environment using web tools and techniques. · Project duties will also include analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens.
