*Location: **Jersey City**, **NJ** (FACE TO FACE REQUIRED) Duration: 6+ Months * *Primary responsibilities:* * Supporting the day to day development activities by working with the application development team on database issues * Performance tuning/troubleshooting complex queries and server performance issues * Run system performance tests in the database lab * Recommend improvements in the reporting and batch processing code based on analysis of system snapshots and database logs * Participate in the production support activities on a 24x7 basis * Lead database code reviews
