** ** ** ** ** *ROLE: Windows Core Analyst* *LOCATION: Atlanta, GA* *DURATION: 1+ year * *The Windows Core **Technical Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting complex components of the Windows Core infrastructure.* *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* - *Active Directory Design, Implementation, and Administration * - *Exchange Design, implementation, and Administration* - *SharePoint Design, implementation, and Administration * - *Unified Communications (Lync/OCS) Design, implementation, and Administration * - *Implementation of Windows security /System Hardening for Windows operating system.* - *Management and support of Certificate Authorities* - *Performance tuning, security updates and disaster recovery for areas of responsibility* - *Monitoring of existing infrastructure hardware and software* - *Documentation of system configuration and standard operating procedures* - *Perform software and hardware firmware upgrades.* - *After-hours support and implementation as needed* *REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:* - *Has mastered at least one technical discipline with strong knowledge in all other responsible areas: Active Directory 2003/2008, Exchange 2010, Lync\OCS, and SharePoint 2010* · *Advanced knowledge of Microsoft networking technologies such as DNS, WINS, DHCP, and DFS* · *Large Enterprise and Data Center experience (250+ servers/virtual machines)* · *Perspective and experience with large enterprise infrastructure and technology inter-dependencies* · *Assist Applications teams, Database and System Administrators with application/system specific disaster recovery plans and implementation. * · *Participate in disaster recovery testing. * · *Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Clusters* · *Project planning and coordination.
