* AJAX
* Good Experience writing web services using SOAP/REST

* SOAP/REST
* Web Sphere/Web logic/Glassfish/Tomcat/Jobs
* Writing and executing JUnit test cases
* Good knowledge of J2EE design patterns
* Knowledge of EAI concepts and SOA/Web services design concepts
