*Duration: 10 months, or longer* **** *Description:* The Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) is seeking a short term (10 month) Senior Java Developer and Team Lead to work on the implementation of a new Budget and Performance Management system. The new system will replace the current mainframe and Oracle systems as well as numerous OSBM and state agency spreadsheet tools, agency-developed and commercial software database tools, and manual processes. This position will support the Budget System Project Team in analysis, design and development of new front-end web forms and other system components based on Java technology. This will be a customized solution utilizing the SmartGWT framework, Hibernate, and Oracle. The Java front-end system incorporates IBM Cognos as a reporting and analytical tool.
