Job Description: * Migration of configuration and program changes from the SAP development systems to test, and then to the production system. This includes: * Serving as the primary migration analyst on a day- to- day basis Working with SAP functional and technical specialists to ensure changes maintain the integrity of the global SAP system/environment Working with other migration team members to ensure that all migration shifts are covered Working with other migration team members to train new members and assist with troubleshooting Accountable for meeting audit requirements for changes and responsible for providing documentation on changes when requested by Auditing. Includes periodically reconciling between SAP and change requests to ensure all changes are documented and approved Required Skills: (if there) * Participation in the after-hours callouts rotation * Monitor Remedy and work with end-users to resolve issues reported * Manage SAP documents in Service Desk's Knowledge Center * Provide support for Global SAP Services web * Provide back up support for Lotus Notes databases used by Global SAP Services.
