At least 5 yrs administration or support experience with standard IT infrastructure such as servers, switches/routers, web interface, Active Directory/DNS, storage platforms, OS platforms, MS Exchange 2007, MS Office, and desktop software • Proven skills developing MS PowerShell script based solutions • Implementation of MS Exchange 2010 Management Console • Coordination of MS Exchange 2010 SCOM alert messaging • Implementation of MS Threat Management Gateway • Implementation of Exchange 2010 Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam solutions • Design and Implementation of complex enterprise Cisco networks • Experience implementing hardware based load balancing solutions • MCTS or MCITP certification required, MCM or MCA desired • Experience with architectural analysis and design of MS Exchange • Experience with MS Exchange maintenance and administration • Experience with MS Exchange server clustering • Experience with MS Exchange failover and recovery • Experience with load balancing strategies and alternatives • Experience with full system lifecycle MS Exchange engineering • Quest Migration Management (QMM) tool experience • Exchange 2007 CCR and SCR experience a must • At least 1 year production Experience with Exchange 2010, including architecture and deployment of multi node DAGs, Geo redundant DAGs. • Hands-on experience with VMWare ESX.
